About us
We offer many activation alternatives, providing the community with classes and workshops that help people maintain their ideal weight, without risks to their health and with the supervision of professionals who monitor physical condition and nutrition at all times.
MAGOSA SPORTS is made up of coaches with a lot of experience in physical conditioning, we want people to feel confident in their training and results. We plan and schedule the exercise sessions on days and times that best suit the availability of students and attendees. We will always have the best alternative for you!
In the United States, and primarily in New York City, the overweight problem is a serious factor in the health of the population, which is why we have implemented a large part of our sessions outdoors, in public places, with the aim that more people can participate in this program of physical activation and constant improvement of health.

CEO Message
When we decided to found MAGOSA SPORTS, we defined that the backbone of the company consisted of rescuing and rebuilding values that humanity has lost over time, and I have summed it up in two great words “LIFE and HEALTH”, together they represent the greatest treasure that a person has and that we all must strengthen day by day. There we forged the idea of “working for society and mainly for our children”.
By proposing various sports disciplines, we will encourage physically active people who dedicate much of their time to multiple routine activities. We established as our objective the cultivation of thinking based on the habit of exercise. We will make it part of a new and healthy lifestyle for everyone and an achievable goal for MAGOSA SPORTS.

Mission
Achieve the physical activation of people through aerobic exercise, gymnastics and training techniques, through classes and workshops of the different sports disciplines, which help improve physical conditioning, as well as encourage changes in people’s diet, with the sole purpose of achieving a better and long life in human beings.
Main disciplines and sports activities taught in Magosa Sports
CrossFit
Strength and conditioning training system based on constantly varied functional exercises performed at a high intensity.
With the combination of a large number of exercises and sports disciplines, techniques and movements applied in daily life are selected, with intense training to develop people’s physical abilities: cardiovascular resistance, energy resistance, strength, flexibility, power, balance and precision, among others.
At MAGOSA SPORTS we think of an exercise for people of all ages, proposing the discipline of CrossFit as the perfect training system, without discriminating: age, gender, abilities or previous experience. Our trainers will work with the levels of intensity relative to each person, adapting loads, times, distances, etc., to maintain the stimuli without modifying the program.
Zumba
Sports discipline that is taught in classes directed through aerobic exercises to the rhythm of Latin music (merengue, samba, reggaeton, cumbia and salsa).
Zumba focuses on two goals: maintaining a healthy body and strengthening and making the body flexible with dance movements combined with aerobic routines.
If you like Latin dance and want to exercise while having fun, MAGOSA SPORTS offers this discipline for people of all ages, with qualified instructors where you will: burn calories; improve your mood; release stress and tensions; improve social skills and meet more people; increase coordination and balance.
Fitness
Set of gymnastic exercises especially indicated to achieve and maintain a good physical condition.
Fitness represents the state of physical health and well-being through a healthy life through continuous exercise and a healthy diet, on the other hand, it implies the set of gymnastic exercises repeated several times a week, to achieve good physical shape.
For MAGOSA SPORTS Fitness, offers people of all ages, exercise sessions several times a week, which will serve to: improve aerobic resistance by increasing the development of the cardiorespiratory system; strengthen physical fitness; reduce the risk of developing diseases such as obesity or cardiovascular risks such as high cholesterol and hypertension and eliminate stress.
Children's volleyball
Sports discipline for children to learn to work as a team, move and exercise, Volleyball is a sport that can be practiced at any time of the year in closed and open spaces such as: a park, a gym, in the comfort of the house and even on the beach.
MAGOSA SPORTS makes this excellent sporting, recreational and fun activity available to children, where children learn the different techniques of attack, defense and blocking avoiding physical contact and injuries among the participants.
Football Soccer Children
Sports discipline considered the most popular sport in the world, where children develop and improve conditions for their mobility. It is said that from the age of 5, children are ready to start playing soccer, they learn movements and improve their coordination.
MAGOSA SPORTS provides the opportunity for children to learn this sports discipline, proposing through soccer an activity for children to socialize, motivating teamwork, and instilling values such as camaraderie and generosity.
ACTIVATE YOUR CHILD

Training Rates
Your payment includes
- Sports discipline coach
- Exercise routine according to the physical condition and age of the participants
- Diet suggested by a professional
- Location for routines
- Scheduled time
- Supplementary equipment such as: balls, nets, audio or video equipment, etc.
Additional Requirements
- The assistant will indicate to the coach if there is any physical condition, and whether he is suitable for the discipline, the routines and the effort required.
- Appropriate sports clothing according to the discipline.
- The assistant must bring the sports accessories indicated by the coach
- The use of a heart rate monitor is “essential” for Fitness, Crossfit and Zumba activities.
